You can help carry out our mission. The North Carolina Folklife Institute is a nonprofit statewide service organization dedicated to the preservation and presentation of North Carolina’s folk arts and traditional culture. We undertake projects that we believe contribute to the quality and vitality of life in the state and the nation.
The Institute needs your support. We depend primarily on grants, contracts, and private donations for projects and operating support. Your donations are tax-deductible and will support folklife projects that benefit communities across the state.
